Under What Circumstances is Your Deposit Non-Refundable?

1. Cancellation or Rescheduling Within 24 Hours: If you cancel or reschedule your appointment less than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

2. No-Call No-Show: Failing to arrive for your appointment without prior notification.

3. Late Arrivals: Being more than 10 minutes late may result in appointment cancellation or the addition of a late fee to your service.

Who Is Required to Pay a Deposit?

1. For Lengthy Services: Appointments that require extended time slots.

2. Following a No-Call No-Show: If you have previously missed an appointment without notice.

3. After a Late Cancellation: If you canceled a prior service within 24 hours of the appointment.
